SKITZYOU RETURN REGULATIONS

• You can return or exchange the product if it was not in use *, all tags and labels remained on it, the quality and appearance of the new item, as well as receipts confirming the purchase in our store
• You cannot return or exchange products from the categories cosmetics, underwear (also corsets), hosiery, hats, caps, jewelry, gloves.
• If you do not live in Moscow, please contact youskitz@yandex.ru for a return. In return we will send you a return form.
• Please note that when you send a return by courier, we cannot guarantee that the item will not be lost or damaged in transit.

ORDER RETURN TO SKITZYOU RETAIL STORE 

• You need to apply for a return, return the product to a retail store or send it by courier service within 14 days ** from the date of receipt of the product.
• There are two ways to return an item that you purchased from an online store:
• Through a retail store in Moscow (Bolotnaya nab. 3s1)
• With the help of courier services (if you do not live in Moscow).
• If you paid for the order in cash to the courier or by transfer, the money will be returned to the bank card, which you indicate in the return form. Money will be returned to your account within 3 days after the return is approved. Please check if you have filled in the details correctly so that there are no problems with the payment.
• If you paid for the order by bank transfer, the money will be returned to the account from which the payment was made.
• If you paid for the order with a card, present it along with the rest of the documents. The speed of receipt of funds to your account depends on the speed of processing operations by your bank and can take up to 30 days.
